State Case Reports
This case study report documents progress made by 11 state tobacco control programs (TPCs) that were enrolled in the Plans, Actions, and Capacity to Sustain Tobacco Control (PACT) Study. We have compiled each state’s progress in building their capacity for sustainability to help other state TPCs learn about facilitators and barriers to sustainability and to provide a resource for those programs preparing sustainability plans.
