Digital Implementation Strategies  

With the explosion of digital health tools, understanding effective implementation and sustainability is critical to lasting impact. This project aims to understand the common barriers and facilitators to utilizing digital health tools within clinical care settings to inform future strategies to improve digital health implementation and sustainment.   

Project goals:   

  • Conduct a systematic review of the literature to identify common barriers and facilitators to utilizing digital health tools within clinical care settings.   
  • Leverage learnings from the review and multiple clinical trials to adapt and develop implementation strategies that will support effective implementation of digital health tools.
