Rachel Neuhalfen, MPH, is a Research Technician for the PACT project, which aims to increase the capacity for sustainability of state-level tobacco control programs. She received a bachelor’s degree in public health from Saint Louis University, where she became interested in chronic disease prevention. She continued her education at Boston University, receiving her MPH in epidemiology and biostatistics in 2018. Her main public health interest lies in identifying and decreasing barriers to healthcare and improving chronic disease prevention programs. Outside of the PRC, Rachel can be found cooking new recipes with family and friends, spending time enjoying the outdoors, or curled up with a good book.
