Jess Gannon is the Project Manager of the Plans, Actions, and Capacity to Sustain Tobacco Control Programs (PACT) study which seeks to increase sustainability of evidence-based state tobacco control programs. Jess also creates dissemination products for the Public Health in ACTION study with a primary focus on practitioner audiences. Jess has experience in technical assistance delivery and enjoys qualitative research methods. Jess received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Ball State University and her Master of Social Work degree from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. In her free time, Jess enjoys playing rugby, hosting dinner parties with her partner, and taking care of her numerous house plants.
