Research Assistant

Angie is a first-year MPH student specializing in Urban Design. She is working as a research assistant on the PARCS project (Park Activity, Recreation and Community Study) with Dr. Deborah Salvo. Angie has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Truman State University and extensive training in various bodywork modalities. She has over a decade of experience working in multidisciplinary pain management settings, including Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO. She enjoys gardening, hiking, spending time with family, and participating in social movement campaigns such as the “Fight for $15.”
