Angeline Gacad (she/her),MPH is the Project Manager for Maura Kepper’s lab which focuses on employing innovative methods for measuring health behaviors and social determinants of health within an interdisciplinary context to investigate factors that influence obesity, and cardio metabolic risk in pediatric populations. Prior to this role, Angeline was a program evaluator at the Healthy Youth Development – Prevention Research Center where she collaborated with state, county, and community organization leadership to evaluate and improve health programming for youth and young adults. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Angeline holds an MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the Brown School at Washington University in St Louis and a BA in Global Interdisciplinary Studies from Villanova University. Her professional interests center on the intersection of health equity, chronic disease prevention, implementation science, and youth development. In her free time, she enjoys fiber arts, reading, and spending time with her cat, Ember.
